Answering customers’ needs in your content

Content is the soul of online presences. Making your content relevant to customers is the first step to build connection with them. Just like making new friends, you need to have common topics to start a conversation and sustain friendship.

Use keywords to catch customers’ eye

Let’s start from keywords, which can catch customers’ attention and make them find the content relevant to them. There are two group of keywords you need to identify:

  • Keywords about your offers
  • Keywords about customers’ needs

Yes, they are different. Assuming you are operating a learning center. While you are promoting music or art classes, keywords about the classes like drawing, colors, performance, instruments, etc. may pop into your head. But what do parents actually need? They want their children to discover their talent, build self-confidence, and spark their imagination and creativity.

What we need to do is to link the keywords about your services with those about parents’ needs. In the example above, we can link performance with self-confidence, and colorful with imagination and creativity in the content about your classes:

Music Garden

Discover your kids’ talent and build their self-confidence through performances

Art Jamming

Let your children explore the colourful world with their imagination and creativity

Here are some keywords to catch parents’ eye:

  • Growth
  • Adventure
  • Explore
  • Expression
  • Challenge
  • Empathy
  • Humility
  • Self-control
  • Curiosity
  • Emotion
  • Talent
  • Creativity
  • Imagination
  • Social skills
  • Integrity
  • Achievement
  • Communications
  • Inspiration
  • Confidence
  • Resilience

Visualize what customers want

Continuing our case: running a learning center. Parents love to see their kids experiencing and learning something new, interacting with others, and most importantly, having fun. Choosing the right pictures to depict what parents expect is the crucial step to making your content attractive.

Try to capture photos about the fun moments in classes or activities, kids’ authentic responses and emotions to new experiences, interaction with others, and if possible, some outdoor activities which make kids more energetic and outgoing.

Parents love seeing their kids in actions. Don’t forget to take videos! We provide creative services including website development, video editing, visual design and animation to support your content strategy. Find out more
